Construction Instructions:
Surface Preparation: Surface preparation, all surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free of contamination. Prior to painting, all surfaces should be qualified and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000 standards.
Preprimed surface
Should always be applied over recommended anti-rust paint. Primer surfaces should be dry and free of contamination and must be applied within the specified recoating intervals. Areas of spalling and damage should be treated to specified standards (such as Sa2 (ISO 8501-1:2007, GB/T8923-2011) or SSPC-SP6 blast treatment standards, or manual power rust removal to St3 treatment standards) and Touch up these areas with primer before applying topcoat. The substrate temperature should not be lower than 5°C, and should be at least 3°C higher than the air dew point temperature.
Mixing: This product is packaged in individual cans. After opening the bucket, stir evenly and use it within 12 hours.
