Construction instructions:
Surface Preparation: Surface Preparation: All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free of contamination. Prior to painting, all surfaces should be qualified and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000 standards. Before painting, the surface of the object to be coated must be cleaned to prevent the presence of moisture, dust and other contaminants to ensure the adhesion of the paint film.
If grease is present, clean with solvent in accordance with SSPC-SP1.
The steel surface is spray treated to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1: 2007), with a roughness of 30~70μm. If oxidation occurs on the steel surface after spraying but before coating is applied, the surface should be re-sprayed to meet the specified visual standards. Manual rust removal can also be used to reach St3 level with a roughness of 30~70μm.
Application: This product is packed in individual cans. After opening the can, stir evenly before use. It is recommended to use spraying construction.
