Application Method:
Prepare Tools: Prepare an electronic scale and mixing tools.
Mix Resin: Pour components A and B into the mixing container according to the weight ratio and stir thoroughly.
Degas and Pour: Place the mixed resin in a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles, then pour it into the mold or product and allow it to cure naturally.
Precautions:
Check Labels: Before mixing, read the labels on the packaging and confirm the mixing ratio of Component A and Component B.
Clean Tools: Ensure mixing tools are clean and dry, free of dust, water, and oil.
Mix Properly: Mix components A and B according to the specified ratio and stir evenly to avoid issues like incomplete curing or insufficient hardness.
Mixing Quantity: The mixture begins to react and heat up immediately after mixing. The larger the amount mixed, the greater the heat, shortening the curing time and usable time. Mix only the amount needed to avoid waste.
Seal Containers: After mixing, seal the A and B containers tightly to prevent contamination or moisture absorption, ensuring proper use next time.
Skin Protection: A few individuals may experience mild skin allergies after prolonged contact with the resin. Wear protective gloves and clean any skin contact with acetone, thinner, or alcohol, followed by a thorough wash with detergent.
