1. Environmental requirements: The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m by ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollution.
2. Construction conditions: Ground base temperature: 5-35℃, construction environment temperature: 5-35℃, ground base moisture content: <8%, construction environment relative humidity: <80%.
3. Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, old coatings, etc. should be removed from the base surface, and polished to form a rough surface to open the capillary pores on the base surface.
