1. Environmental requirements: The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be within ±4mm/2m as measured by a ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other contaminants.
2. Construction conditions: Ground base temperature: 5-35℃, construction environment temperature: 5-35℃, ground base moisture content: <8%, construction environment relative humidity: <80%
3. Surface treatment: Prior to construction, it is essential to eliminate dust, sand, grease, and previous coatings from the base surface. Utilize putty to smooth out cracks and holes, apply primer to seal the base surface, and ensure the epoxy intermediate paint is evenly scraped and leveled.
