Scope of application
1. Suitable for factory floors and shopping mall floors in electronics, food, medicine, chemical industry, etc. that have high environmental requirements.
2. For repair and renovation.
Precautions:
1. Environmental requirements: The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m.
The base surface must be dry, clean, free of oil and other pollution. Construction should be stopped when the construction temperature is lower than 10℃. The flatness and density of the substrate have a certain impact on the coating amount, drying time and recoating interval.
2. Construction conditions: Ground base temperature: 10-35℃, construction environment temperature: 10-35℃, ground base moisture content: <8%, construction environment relative humidity: <80%.
3. Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, and polished to form a rough surface. Open the capillary pores on the base surface, clean up the floating dust on the surface, and use water-based Epoxy primer seals the base surface, and water-based epoxy intermediate paint levels it.
4. Theoretical dosage: about 0.20-0.25 kg/square meter.
5. How to use: Mix the main agent and the curing agent at a weight ratio of 3:1, and stir mechanically for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes uniform and creamy. Then add 30-40% water to dilute the paint and stir evenly.
Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.
Note: Components A and B must be fully emulsified by mechanical stirring, otherwise they will cause damage to the paint.
The film surface causes many adverse effects, such as stickiness, whitening, uneven gloss, poor hardness, etc. Materials A and B should be used within 60 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased and it cannot be used anymore, it should be scrapped. It is not suitable for construction in humid weather. The ideal humidity for construction is 35%-80% (relative humidity). During construction and curing, when the relative air humidity is greater than 80%, the surface of the paint film may stick back and lose gloss.
6. The storage temperature is 5-35℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and heat sources, and it is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun.
