Scope of application
1. Suitable for high-demand floor coating.
Precautions:
1. Environmental requirements: The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m by ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollution. It is not suitable for construction in humid weather. The ideal humidity for construction is 35%-80% (relative humidity).
2. Construction conditions: Ground base temperature: 5-35℃, construction environment temperature: 5-35℃, ground base moisture content: <8%, construction environment relative humidity: <80%.
3. Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, grease, and old coatings on the base surface should be removed, putty should be used to smooth cracks and holes, and primer should be used to seal the base surface.
4. Theoretical dosage: about 0.8-0.1 kg/square meter.
5. How to use: The ratio of main agent to curing agent is 5:1 (weight ratio). It must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the ratio before use. Scrape the coating with a trowel and defoam with a defoaming roller. After mixing materials A and B, it should be used within 30 minutes. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased and it cannot be used anymore, it should be scrapped.
