The KAIDA PAINT production base has a planned production capacity of 100,000 tons and a planned investment of 250 million yuan, which will be completed in two phases. The first phase of construction was completed in 2010. The first phase covers an area of ​​51 acres, with a construction area of ​​16,000 ㎡. The designed production capacity exceeds 100,000 tons/year. The total investment is approximately RMB 100 million (excluding land). The process technology and equipment level have reached the domestic leading level.

The production base includes: three production areas for water-based coatings, powder coatings, and solvent coatings, a total of 8 production lines, 4 raw material and finished product warehouses; and has complete supporting production facilities such as substations and boiler room laboratories.

1. 4 Production lines in water-based coating production area

The production line of the architectural coating flat coating product series has a single-shift production capacity of 20,000 tons/year. It adopts internationally accepted production technology and combines the independent product formulas of our company's technology center. The designed production line equipment has reached the domestic leading level. There are 8 high-level auxiliary storage tanks, and the auxiliaries are automatically batched by the computer; the high-speed disperser is equipped with a metering module to automatically review the feeding error; there are two 20 m³ and two 10 m³ finished product storage tanks, with independent special varieties. Architectural coatings, various batch color mixing, texture coatings, and real stone paint production equipment can meet the special order requirements of different construction sites. Packed using an automatic canning machine that can fill 400 barrels (10 tons) per hour. The production volume of each batch of architectural coating flat-coating products can meet the maximum painting area of 60,000 ㎡. It also has dozens of 0.1-10 ton tinting tanks, and has small-batch product mixing at the large factory base and Beijing marketing center. The color workshop can meet the needs of customers in different quantities at any time; the company currently has ten color mixing engineers with more than ten years of experience. Combined with computer measuring instruments, the problem of product color difference can be eliminated. The quality management department strictly re-inspects the factory products. Closed, unqualified products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory.
Thick product series (real stone paint, flake paint) production line, with a single-shift production capacity of 20,000 tons/year, and 4 sets of existing production equipment. Our company formulates project usage budget sheets based on customer demand and reserves natural colored sand and quartz sand in advance. Premixing other raw materials can ensure the stability of large-scale production, greatly shorten the supply cycle, and basically eliminate the color difference problem caused by natural stone powder.
The thin fire retardant coating production line has a production capacity of 10,000 tons/year and 4 sets of devices; the decorative fire retardant coating production line (fire retardant latex paint) has a production capacity of 1,000 tons/year. The above production line is equipped with a central control room, automatic batching, and automatic dispersion and mixing. There are 4 floors above and below. The top floor is the raw material storage warehouse, the third floor is the automatic batching system, the second floor is the high-speed dispersion area, and the ground is the packaging area. It is the first of its kind in China to use automated production of thin fire-retardant coatings.

The rubber production line has a capacity of 6,000 tons/year, 2 sets of devices, and uses three-dimensional flow operation. The top layer is a reaction kettle, the middle is a rubber storage tank, and the first floor platform is a high-speed disperser. It is equipped with an automatic metering system to ensure the quality of ingredients.

2. Powder production area

There are two identical production lines (indoor and outdoor thick fire retardant coatings and tunnel fire retardant coatings) with a production capacity of 24,000 tons/year (1 ton/h/line). There are four 100-ton raw material storage tanks outside. Equipped with a central control room, fully automatic production, automatic batching, automatic mixing, and automatic packaging. Its production capacity, equipment and automation level are domestically leading.

The production area is divided into three floors: upper, middle and lower. The top floor is the raw material stacking area, the middle floor is the automatic batching area, and the first floor (ground) is the automatic packaging area. During production, the formula is input into the computer, and the dispensing and mixing of each component are automatically completed. Equipped with a fully enclosed dust removal system to ensure that dust emission and dust concentration at the feeding port meet standards.

3. Three production lines in solvent coating production area

The epoxy floor paint production line has a production capacity of 6,000 tons/year (single shift). It is equipped with an automatic metering system to ensure accurate ingredients; 7 sets of color paste grinders ensure the quality of color mixing. Equipped with a 5 m³ color mixing tank, one tank can paint 20,000 m³ of ground to ensure color consistency. The template paint production line has 4 sets of equipment, with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons. It has automatic temperature rise and fall control and reaction time control to ensure product quality; fully sealed three-dimensional production is more environmentally friendly.
The ultra-thin fire retardant coating production line has 4 sets of equipment, with an annual capacity of 2,500 tons, and a 4-layer three-dimensional flow operation. The top layer is a high-speed dispersion batching area, the third layer is a grinding area, the second layer is a paint mixing area, and the first layer is an automatic packaging area. advanced. Equipped with 5m³, 3m³, 2m³, 1m³ tinting jars to reduce color difference.

4. In order to ensure product quality, the laboratory is equipped with advanced coating testing equipment at home and abroad

1. Equipped with a Minolta color measurement system to ensure consistent color between batches of interior and exterior wall paint.
2. Equipped with advanced paint film aging boxes, salt spray boxes, and universal material testing machines to ensure the stable performance of exterior wall decorative coatings and anti-corrosion coatings and the development of new products.
3. The imported rheometer can ensure the flow and leveling of the paint.
