Theoretical consumption: 2-3 kg/㎡
Drying time:
Surface dry for 1 hour (at an ambient temperature of 23℃ and a relative humidity of 50%)
Fully dry for 3 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23℃ and a relative humidity of 50%)
Recoating time: 6 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23℃ and a relative humidity of 50%)
Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production (unopened)
Use Reference:
1.The base material should be smooth, strong, dry, clean, and free of oil and dust. The pH value of the substrate should be less than 10, and the moisture content should be less than
10%.
2. Before construction, use JD4004 anti-alkali sealing primer or special relief sealing paint to treat the surface of the substrate.
3. When spraying relief, the air compressor pressure and nozzle size can be appropriately adjusted according to the required dot size. When applying the topcoat, the previous process must be completely dry.
4. Stir thoroughly before construction.
