In 2011, the company established a modern production base in the JINYU Modern Industrial Park, adhering to the management philosophy of "smooth operation, uniform quality, and competitive costs." It officially set up three major operation and support centers: the Marketing Center, Manufacturing Center, and Technology Center.

The Marketing Center adheres to a market-oriented approach, focusing on "rich dealers, strategic customers, and major projects." It operates in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and radiates to surrounding areas within a 500-kilometer radius, as well as key domestic regions. The center, led by fire-resistant coatings, aims to expand its market share in architectural decorative coatings and floor coatings, with a focus on breakthroughs in high-end functional coatings and high-quality adhesives.

The Manufacturing Center continuously improves its automation and information systems, achieving full-process information management control over formulation processes, production processes, and logistics support. This ensures the high efficiency and accuracy of product output and production and logistics processes.

With an investment of 30 million yuan in the construction of the Technology Center laboratory, JINYU PAINT has established five professional research and development teams, including industry leaders, and collaborated extensively with major research institutes and universities.
