Product Features:
*Class A fire resistance rating, meeting the fire protection rating requirements for large public buildings
*Inorganic emulsion, inorganic pigment, professional formula
*High cost performance and excellent environmental protection indicators
*Alkaline system, moisture-proof and mildew-proof
Scope of application:
It can be widely used in large apartments, underground parking lots, etc.
Technical parameters Implementation standards: GB/T9756-2018, GB18582-2008, GB50222-2017, GB8624-2012
Theoretical paint consumption: 6~8 square meters/kg/two coats (calculated based on dry film thickness of 30 microns)
Drying time: 1 hour to surface dry (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%)
Complete dry for 2 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%)
Recoating time: 4 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%
Contrast ratio: 0.95
Scrub resistance: 6000 times
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production (unopened)
Use reference:
Please read the instructions for use before construction
Substrate: It should be solid, clean, dry (moisture content ≤ 10%), PH ≤ 10; for powdered substrates, use tools such as a spatula or wire brush to remove the powdered layer and completely remove mold spots.
Old paint film: Check the aging of the old paint film, and loose parts should be completely removed
Salting out: It is recommended to treat it with an oxalic acid solution of appropriate concentration (the specific concentration should be determined according to the degree of salting out, but the concentration generally does not exceed 5%), then rinse it with clean high-pressure water and dry it
Construction Method:
roll coating or spraying
Dilution: Do not add water
Equipment cleaning: Wash with clean water promptly after construction. Safety. Labor protection: Safety measures should be taken during construction and labor protection clothing should be worn.
Packaging specifications:
25kg iron drum packaging
