1. Environmental requirements: The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m by ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollution.
2. Construction conditions: Ground base temperature: 0-35℃, construction environment temperature: 0-35℃, ground base moisture content: <8%, construction environment relative humidity: <80%.
3. Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, and putty should be used to smooth cracks and holes. Primer should be used to seal the base surface, intermediate paint should be scraped and leveled, and the same color intermediate paint should be applied.
4. Theoretical dosage: about 0.1 kg/square meter (one construction time).
5. Usage method: A:B:C=5:2:3 (weight ratio), must be mixed strictly according to the ratio and stirred evenly before use. After scraping, smooth with a roller.
